Home2 Suites by Hilton® Kicks off Birthday Themed Facebook Contest in Celebration of First Anniversary Year
Grand prize winner will receive one million Hilton HHonors™ points
MCLEAN, Va. - Home2 Suites by Hilton, the award-winning mid-tier, all-suite hotel brand designed for modern business travelers and extended-stay guests, is continuing its one year anniversary celebration of opening the brand's first property with the launch of a birthday themed Facebook contest.
"Facebook gives us the perfect platform to engage with fans and have them be a part of Home2's milestone anniversary celebration," said Bill Duncan, global head, Home2 Suites by Hilton. "The photo contest also gives us another avenue for guests to showcase their personalities and embrace the Home2 Suites 'Free to be you' brand philosophy."
Starting June 18, participants of the "Birthday Celebration Photo Contest" are invited to upload fun images of their personal birthday celebrations to Home2 Suites' official Facebook page for a chance to win one of 50 prizes. The grand prize winner will receive one million Hilton HHonorsTM points which can be redeemed for up to 40 nights at brands within the Hilton Worldwide Portfolio*. Additionally, the brand will select one first-place winner to receive a 42" LED HD television, and ten lucky second-place winners will receive a complimentary night's stay at the Home2 Suites of their choice. Those that submit photos will be entered to participate in daily giveaways to coincide with the contest. Daily rewards include Home2 Suites signature microfiber sheet sets and iHome alarm clocks, among other prizes.
Home2 Suites by Hilton currently operates 10 hotels and has nearly 70 properties in its development pipeline. The brand has nine properties under active construction in Frisco, Texas; Charlotte, N.C.; Oxford, Ala.; Huntsville, Ala.; Jackson/Ridgeland, Miss.; Philadelphia, Pa.; Rahway, N.J.; Baltimore, Md.; and Columbus, Georgia.
